PE David Ting spent Easter
weekend in Macau for a good cause! He joined the
Tower Stair Walk in the District 3450 Macau Tower
Walk "Taking the Prevention of Hepatitis B
to Greater Heights!", a fundaising event for
the District 3450 Hepatitis-B Project.
David was the 1st runner-up after some 12
minutes' climb all in one breath. Fellow
Rotarians gave him a big support by raising
$3,000 for the campaign.
The Hepatitis
B Immunization for Newborn Babies Project
is a major project being undertaken by Rotary
International District 3450 in Mainland China.
The initial goal of the project in to immunize 1
million new born babies within 10 years.
