Rules for Presidential Golf Tournament

The Rules of Golf will apply with the following modifications to avoid slow play.

1. No 'Mulligan' please!
2.Use 'Drop Zone' if there is one and play your third stroke there.
3.When you have reach double par (i.e. 6 on par 3s, 8 on par 4s and 10 on par 5s), please pick up your ball and prepare to play for the next hole.
4.To be eligible for the longest drive and nearest to pin competitions, your ball must be on the fairway and the green respectively.

The handicap system used is the Double Peoria Handicap Stroke Play system. To calculate one's Net score of the day:

The number of strokes played for the 12 selected holes are added;
And then multiplied by 1.5;
And then subtracted by 72;
And then multiplied by 0.8 =Double Peoria Handicap;
The player's gross score minus his Double Peoria Handicap will be his net score result.
