Dimsum breakfast with Taipei sister club Rotarians and our support team and families. DONE

 

Team training is not compulsory but highly recommended.

 

All team training will meet at 7:30 am to avoid traffic and crowds and will complete by 8:30 am when we can all go for a nourishing breakfast or coffee together.

 

2. Additional Training:

 

Recommend your own running once or twice each week for 3K to 5K per run in between the weekend training.
