My Dear Fellow Rotary / Rotaract Leaders:
Rotary Tour To Mongolia - Aug 13-19
Further to my e-mail to you 2 weeks ago, and after lengthy negotiation with the tour operators, it is my pleasure now to display the final itinerary as shown in the attached file. While you are carefully studying the attached program, I would like to draw your attention to the following points:
(1) The major purpose of this tour group is to cope with the district governor's official visit to the Rotary / Rotaract / Interact clubs in Mongolia. Other than this core program, should you need any extra activities like: hunting, bird shooting, deep fresh water lake fishing, 4WD jeep cross desert venturing, aerial sightseeing by helicopter, cultural visits, etc., these are available subject to separate arrangement.
(2) If you would like to explore business opportunities, you are always welcome to contact me for information in advance.
(3) Early return or extension of stay are possible subject to prior arrangement with the tour operator.
(4) For participants from Macao, Shanghai, Beijing and anywhere from China, you are not necessary to come to Hong Kong for departure. You are welcome to join the group at the Beijing Airport. Please express your decision to the tour operator.
(5) The climate of the season is fine, almost daily sunshine. Night temperature is about 15-17/C, and day temperature is about 25-30/C.
(6) The whole journey is very comfortable, and is suitable for all ages.
(7) The designation of the group size is 40 persons only. 20 seats have already been filled up by the official party. You are encouraged to register with the tour operator as early as possible. If the demand is overwhleming, we may consider to expand the group size but subject to the air ticket availability.
