1. This is the e-mail with the details of the prsentation ceremony of the Caring Org to be held at HKCEE tomorrow for your info & ref. I have also e-mailed you the info of 15 clubs which were awarded the Caring Org this year. Can you pls prepare a simple list for quick ref.
2. As mentioned, pls organize to call the 15 winning clubs urgently and see if they have replied and enrolled & got tickets for the presentation ceremony tomorrow. If so, pls advise them to arrive at 2:15 pm for a Rotary Group photo. Pls ask them to gather at the 'Caring Org' photo backdrop or give me a call 9034-5887 if they can't find us. I promised PP Sally to take one group photo for her record & future use.
3. FYI, if the winning clubs haven't enrolled for the presentation ceremony beforehand or did not get any entrance tickets yet, pls tell them that on-site registration is NOT available.
4. In this case, pls remind them to look for the 'green card' titled "Plaque Collection Ticket" received from The HK Council of Social Service & arrange to collect the 'Carng Org Plaque" from 17 Feb to 30 April 09 at Room 1109, 11/F, Duke of Windsor Social Service Bldg, 15 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, HK.
