Dear Presidents 2003-4,
It is our great pleasure to invite you, your club officers and members to join us for this District event.
This year, our theme is on how to introduce new members to your club, and at the same time, to retain the existing members. In order to achieve these goals, it would be a team effort of the past, present and future leaders of your club.
We hope that you would encourage your president-elect, membership development officer, past presidents, senior and new members to attend this function.
We hope that we can share our experience and gain some additional insight from interactions with other Rotary clubs.
