Intercity Meeting & X'mas Party - Dec 17, 04
As you probably know, the Intercity Meeting & X'mas Party 2004 is scheduled to be held on Friday, December 17, 2004. What a better opportunity for all of us to welcome RI Director David Linett, to have a happy and memorable joint meeting cum X'mas party together as we bid farewell to 2004 and start counting down Rotary's 100th birthday! Please make an effort to come with all your club members.
We are pleased to share with you some additional information and highlights of the evening. RI Director David Linett will be our Keynote Speaker that evening. We cannot emphasize more that this is a party for all. We have therefore put together some entertainment, ames, grand lucky draw ? for all of you. To get all clubs involved in this special event, all participating clubs are requested to bring along one X'mas present, beautifully wrapped, valued at $300 or above for the grand lucky draw.
Seats are limited and will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Please return your registration form together with your cheque soonest possible.

District 3450, - Induction of new members, if any
7:50 pm Vote of thanks to Keynote Speaker 7:55 pm Meeting closed
8:00 pm Dinner starts
to 11 pm Entertainment, games, lucky draw, dance to live music

Please fax or e-mail the registration form to Connie Yu of RIC, followed by cheque in favour of "Rotary International District 3450-Projects". Please also indicate in the registration form if your Club has any new members to be inducted.
