The Past Presidents Membership Challenge
Dear Past Presidents of District 3450,
It
is said that a president is the heart beat of a club, if this
is so, then members are the life blood. Without new members
a strong club will become weak and a weak club will cease
to exist.
Every year there is a target set for more new members with
the emphasis on quantity. This year our emphasis will be on
quantity – however it will be “Quantity of Quality
Members”.
For
this reason I am sending a challenge to the Past Presidents
in our District to sponsor one new member during this Rotary
Year. I am sure you will agree that this is not at all difficult.
However this challenge requires you to ensure that this new
member will be a quality member who can eventually develop
into a future leader of your club.
After
