Twelve months of Governor-elect-ship is drawing to a close now.

This particular period of preparation and exploration has been one that was both useful and memorable. Besides the two lots of training in October, 2001 in Kuala Lumpur Zone Institute and the training in January, 2002 in Anaheim, International Assembly, it has been an intense period of observing, noting, discovering and inviting capable and contributing Rotarians in the District to serve on the District level as Chairmen and committee members; then followed by working together with them to train and prepare for future leaders on the Club level. By now, this great team is going to be on their marks... and--- SERVE by Sowing the Seeds of Love!!

What has been constantly taking my time lately: My dream
- Barcelona Convention in late June Having a great time & being inspired by speeches,
- District Installation, 4 July Current presidents earn their respects & enter into IPP hood, in-coming presidents officially settle into posts, a milestone for Rotary District leadership
- Official visit to Mongolia, 10 to 16 July Delegation from district visit Mongolia for fellowship and better understanding, some sight-seeing and National day celebration activities
- Asian Presidential Conference, 9 to11 Aug Appreciate Rotary's role in world peace, speeches from ex-prime ministers
- Membership Development & Retention Seminar, 17 Aug For new & current members become Rotarians
- Rotary Foundation Seminar, 7 Sept Upkeep with the current programs
- Vocational Service Seminar, 8 Oct How to serve this avenue of service
- District Conference, 19 & 20 Oct Motivate & inspire Rotarians, discuss Celebration of 100th Year of Rotary
- Welcome & celebrate RI Pres. Bhichai Rattakul's visit, 19 & 20 Dec Inter-city meeting
---Sow the seeds of love

I am dreaming dreams now. I hope by the end of the first half-year, the above dreams would have come true. Remember, Rotarians, all great deeds that change people's lives start with dreams; let us all make these dreams come true!!
