Our Fellowship Chairman today was PP Paul and our Sergeant-at-Arms was Rtn Danny.  Our Sergeant-at-Arms managed to collect $2,060 between the raffle and fines.

President Tobias announced that the District Conference would be held on 22-23^rd of April 2006 at Regal Airport Hotel.  The RI Convention, in addition, would be held on 11-14^th of June 2006 at Copenhagen and Malmo.  Further, President Tobias announced that Club of Hong Kong East as our mother club is our official preferred make-up Club.

Our Club is organizing the District Sports Day, and will be held on 19^th February. While our Dinner at Atoll Reef of Ocean Park will be held on 19^th January, the sign up sheet is ready for members.  Meanwhile, the raffle prizes of today are Champagne Stopper donated by CP Dennis and a souvenir from Thailand donated by Rtn Christophe.

Today was Annual General Meeting and every officer verbally delivered his or her half-year report.  In addition, we approved for the audit report of 2004-5, the proposal of officer of 2006-7, and the appointment of auditor.
