The speaker of today was Ms. Kelly Richards and Ms Nancy Chung; their topic was “On Cruises and Fly – Cruise Packages around the World”.  Kelly is from New Zealand with 15 years experience in the travel industry and has lived in HK for 13 years. She previously worked for P&O Travel in HK for 12 1/2 years and has cruised to Mediterranean, Alaska & around Asia.  Kelly showed us how it is like to travel on cruises. She brought us the video to show the beautiful cruise vacations all around the world, and she pointed out the difference attractive scenery of each area.  Also, she gave us some tips for cruise travelling, for example, the hot season of cruise travel is summer, but for the New Year holiday we still can travel to South America by cruise.  For a cruise holiday, it is recommended that we make reservation 6 months before the trip or it will be very difficult to get the best choice of venue and date. Some even plan the trip one year before.  Kelly and Nancy gave us catalogues of different cruises, and they are so appealing that we all want to go to one.
