1) Event: Rotary International District 3450 47th District Assembly
2) Date: 28th April, 2007 (Saturday)
3) Venue: 4-6/F Sha Tin Clubhouse - Hong Kong Jockey Club
4) Tentative Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm (lunch included)
5) Who should attend: all incoming club directors, officers & new members
6) All clubs are entitled to send 8 members to participate free-of-charge (club shall have to pay extra per head should their delegation consists of more than 8 and charges to be advised later)
7) Registration info: to be given out later
8) Ample Free Parking available at the venue and Transportation will be arranged for Rotarians between HK/Macau Ferry Terminal and Shatin Jockey Club.
