Rotary Blood Donation Week 2007 (HK) – March 25 to 31 organized by

Rotary Club of Bayview Sunshine Hong Kong

Just a friendly reminder to all of you that the Rotary Blood Donation Week2007 (HK) will be held from March 25 to 31 (Sunday to Saturday), just a few days before the Easter Holiday. As you know, Easter Holiday is traditionally a low season for blood donation in Hong Kong. We are taking the initiative to mobilize all fellow Rotarians, families and friends to donate blood during this special period. You can participate this timely blood donation drive in many ways.

Option 1 - Donate blood in any Donor Centre (per attached list)

Just go to any Donor Centre on the attached list with your family, friends and colleagues at your convenience during the Rotary Blood Donation Week 2007. If possible, please e-mail PP Brenda Lee ( brendaleewyw@yahoo.com ) the number of blood donors you have mobilized during the Rotary Blood Donation Week 2007. The information is just for our master record only and no individual names are required.

Option 2 – Join us on March 31 ( 2 to 4 pm) for group donation in Central Donor Centre

Arrangements have been made with HK Red Cross Transfusion Service that a group donation by Rotarains will be held from 2 to 4 pm on March 31 at the Central District Donor Centre ( 中區捐血站 ). A simple & humble closing ceremony will also be held at around 3:30 pm.

Please call PP Brenda Lee on/before next Thurs, 22nd March (mobile : 9034-5887) if you plan to join us on March 31. We will liaise with the Central Donor Centre accordingly.

Option 3 – Pls continue to suppport blood donation
