In order to add to the excitement and to offer all clubs an equal opportunity to secure better table at the Banquet, we are offering 6 table seating for auction.  
 
Referring to the Table arrangement attached, the following table seating is open for auction.

To achieve the excitement we want to create and a high degree of transparency in the process, I am prepared to announce the 6 highest bids at the end of each day until the close of 15th May 2008 in order to allow bidders a chance to make a counter bid!  The same will be posted daily on the District Website for reference!

Please note that the bid amount is for the choice of table location only.  You still need to pay for the Banquet.  For instance, for a table of 10, you need to pay $750@ or $7,500 plus your bid price
