Dear DG, District Leaders, Presidents and Fellow Rotarians,

Following the success of last year hosting of the Rotary International District 3450 Golf Tournament at Mission Hills, the Rotary Club of Hong Kong will be hosting the ?u>2007 Golf Tournament for the District which will be held on Tuesday, 6 th November 2007 at Discovery Bay Golf Club, Discovery Bay, Hong Kong. The tournament will be limited to a maximum of 80 players so please book early to avoid disappointment.

ENTRANCE FEES

Discovery Bay Member:                   HK$588.00 net per participant

Discovery Bay Non-member:            HK$998.00 net per participant

Entrance Fee includes green fee, trolley, prizes and buffet dinner.   However, to encourage participation in the fellowship dinner, individual prizes will ONLY be available to those who are present at the time when announcements are made at the dinner. 

In addition, we encourage members to bring family / guests to the fellowship buffet dinner at a nominal cost of HK$180 per person.

Transportation to Discovery Bay Golf Club, Locker ($30), Golf Buggy ($100), Practice Balls and any food and drinks before the buffet dinner are to be paid directly by each participant.  Contact number of Discovery Bay Golf Club is 2987 7273.

ITINERARY

We sincerely invite YOU and your GUESTS to join in this Golf Tournament!  Participants must have an up to date handicap certificate from the Hong Kong Golf Association or a recognized golf club in China, Hong Kong, Macau or Mongolia in order to qualify for the main prizes (1, 2 & 3). Participants without such a handicap certificate are welcome to join the tournament for fellowship and may win the minor prizes (4 & 5).  Starting times will be circulated in due course. 

Rotary Clubs wishing to participate in the team tournament should nominate in writing only one team of four members to represent their club (Rotarians only).  Please complete the attached Reply Slip as soon as possible and return it to the Executive Officer of Rotary Club of Hong Kong, Salina Ng by not later than 18 th October 2007.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Salina Ng at (852) 2851 8080.
