It is my pleasure to make this announcement in this occasion that on behalf of the incoming GSE Committee 2007/08 to invite your club to make a nomination for Group Study Exchange Program.

The reason for me to make such an early announcement is because it will happen in the month of this coming September and October. I thank those who had taken part in the District Assembly where I made the first appeal already.

This time, our outgoing team will go to Rotary District 1460 which covers southern part of Denmark and Lithuania which is 1000 miles away of Denmark. The team is expected to arrive in Billund Airport Denmark on either 8 or 9 of September, 2007 (Sat/Sun); stay there for 2 to 3 weeks in Denmark and take part in the District Conference there, followed with a 3 day break at a Hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark and then spend one week in Lithuania. The team will leave Vilnius Airport, Lithuania on 8 October,2007 and come home.

Denmark has a total of 5 districts, and 1460 has 2,300 Rotarians and Lithuthania has 1,000 Rotarians.

I now attached nomination form here and handbook for Rotarians as well as some information from 1460.

I am happy to answer any questions, if not my mentors, and seniors will do it for me on site. Please call me at 9408 1198 or email me at silva_yeung@yahoo.com.hk
