Dear Rotarians of Quarry Bay,

For this year I have several objectives for our Club, that I'd like to consider with each of you and to get your response. They are as follows:

1.
Increase Membership -- say from our current 12 or 13 active members to 18 to 20 active members. Roughly a half a new member each!
2. Have 2 or 3 very
solid Community Service projects that we all look forward to, are proud of and feel that we have accomplished something as a result.

3. Re-initiate our Newsletter. I will have a draft prepared by July 1 that we can all review and comment. I don't think it has to be complicated, but can be fun and informative.
4. Have
weekly reviews, or at least regular reviews, of our objectives and our progress towards

those objectives.
5.
Develop the systems that are necessary for the Club to function
properly.
6. Establish a way to
educate each of the Club members of their
responsibilities
so that we can carry them out easily, thoroughly and correctly.
7. Have
4 Club Assemblies, as is required by Rotary by-laws, during the year.
8. Have
10 speakers during the year, roughly 1 a month excluding
the summer and holiday months when everyone is away.
