We
appeal to every Rotarian in our district to donate immediate
cash.
I would ask you to appeal to all your members to support
this and to contribute as much as they can afford. In
view of the urgency of the matter, I would ask that all
of you use whatever means you can think of, including
contributing the collections of your red box for the coming
meetings, and making contributions from your clubs etc
in order to raise this money.
For expediency, I would also request that you send the
money you have collected to the District in one of the
following ways;--
1. Issue a cheque in the name of
Rotary International District 3450—Disaster Relief
and have it delivered or posted to me at my office at
16/F, Weswick Commercial Building, 147-149 Queen’s
Road East, Wanchai, or
2. Deposit the money you collect into the Bank Account
No. 699-1-19273-2-00 maintained by the District in the
name of Rotary International District 3450—Disaster
Relief at the CITIC Ka Wah Bank at its Central Branch
at G/F, Lansing House, 43-45 Queen’s Road Central,
and then fax a copy of your pay-in slip to me at 2528-6783.
