In support of the District Disaster Relief Fund for S Asia, I am pleased to inform you that a Fund-Raising Walkathon for District 3450 organized by Ling Liang Church kindergarten and RC of Bayview Sunshine will be held next Saturday, Jan 15 at the Peak. We hope all clubs in the District will make an effort to actively participate and support this event. A simple kick-off ceremony will be held at 9 AM sharp with DG Alex as our Guest-Of-Honour. We expect there will be over hundreds of kindergarten students and parents supporting the District's initiative in raising funds for the victims and needy suffering from S Asia's Disaster. I hope you can all come togethe r with your members, family and friends.

Due to the time constraint in organizing this event, pls let me know how many people are coming from your club via e-mail or fax. At the same time, we sincerely hope that you can commit a donation or additional donation in support of the Walkathon. Pls pay-in directly to the District's Disaster Relief Fund bank account and e-mail/fax me the amount you have donated/collected.
