GUIDE FOR INCOMING PRESIDENTS
Using
the District Email System:
Adding / Changing your mail forwarding address.
Step 1:
Go to http://www.rotary3450.org/iclient/ enter your clubs username and password to login to the
system.

(if you don't have your clubs username
and password, please email for them: webmaster1@rotary3450.org)
Step 2:
From the main screen choose "Preferences" from the bottom left
(see below).

Step 4:
Under "Forward To: ",
enter the email address you would like the clubs mail
to be forwarded to, or modify the existing email address.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please insert a dot and a comma
(.,) before the address. This ensures that any messages
for the club are saved as well as forwarded to your
address. This is an important method of backing up data.
Once you are happy with the address that is there, and
have ensured the dot and comma are also there (eg: .,youraddress@somewhere.com).
Press the Save button to save the changes.
