GUIDE FOR INCOMING PRESIDENTS
Using
the District Email System:
Adding and removing people from your clubs email
lists.
Step 1:
Go to http://www.rotary3450.org/iadmin/
Step 2:
Enter your clubs email address and password to login to the
system (see below).
(if you don't have your clubs username
and password, please email for them: webmaster1@rotary3450.org)
Step 3:
Choose the list you would like to modfiy
(see below).
Step 4:
From the next page, click "List Users" (see below).
Step 5:
From this page you can now add a new user, or select a user and delete them from the list
(see below).
Step 6:
When you are finished, please log-out (see below).
