Using the District Email System:

Dealing with Spam.

Under the District Mail System, all incoming email is filtered and any possible Spam is sent to the "spam" folder. Here is how to check and empty that folder:

Step 1:
Go to http://www.rotary3450.org/iclient/ enter your clubs username and password to login to the system.


(if you don't have your clubs username and password, please email for them: webmaster1@rotary3450.org)

Step 2:
From the main screen choose the "spam" folder (see below). You should routinely check this folder as it is possible that genuine messages will end up here by mistake. You can delete all these messages by clicking "Empty the spam folder" (see below).
